About Louise

Experienced in complex employment matters, sensitive investigations, and workplace mediation. Holding several senior HR Management positions and with over 20 years’ experience across financial services, manufacturing, and the NHS. With a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, MCIPD qualified and Associate member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) to undertake Civil, Commercial & Workplace mediation.

I will bring a balanced approach that combines pragmatic problem-solving with genuine compassion. I understand that every workplace challenge is different and requires practical, results-driven solutions. With a focus on clear communication and fairness I will ensure each process reaches the required conclusion.
