Mediation
Mediation is completely voluntary and supports communication in a supportive environment for parties in conflict, enabling joint problem solving to explore issues and seek resolution.
Associate member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) offering Civil, Commercial & Workplace mediation. As an experienced workplace mediator, I will facilitate the process as an independent person, enabling the parties to listen and resolve their own issues, leading to long term sustainable solutions. Relationships can often be re-built, and parties can agree to work together constructively if future issues arise.
After an initial client discussion, the parties will be asked to confirm that they agree to mediate and sign a mediation / confidentiality agreement.
Followed by individual pre-mediation meeting(s) to understand the main areas of disagreement and potential solutions, moving on to the joint mediation meeting.
